Jatashankar (also Jata Shankar) is a natural cave and Hindu shrine located in Panchmarhi, MP, India.

The cave houses stone structures resembling Sheshnag- a snake with hundred heads mentioned in the Hindu mythology and it is believed that Lord Shiva hid himself from Mahisasur who is another Mythological character inside the cave. 

The cave contains stalagmites which are revered as naturally formed lingams. The cave serves as a shrine to the God Shiva and is a popular destination for pilgrims.
