This festival comes in August/September. An idol is placed in the mandap and worshipped.

On the last day (Ganesh visarjan day) people chant "Ganapati bappa moriya, Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar yaa' , which means dear Ganpati we pray to you and request you to come again next year with lots of blessing and love. This ritual symbolizes a see-off of the Lord in his journey towards his abode in Kailash while taking away with him the misfortunes of his devotees.
