DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
While we strive to maintain quality of our products, there could be times when the product does not meet your expectations.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A charge of INR 60 is applicable for return of every item. The shipping fee of original order will be non-refundable.
Free Shipping not applicable on bulk items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make amendments.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In case of discrepancy on customer's part or if the customer changes mind,
A charge of INR 120 is applicable for exchange of each item.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The amount will be refunded only to the original mode of payment within the next 48 hours of receipt of product.
GLOBAL RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
